How to motivate a learner?

Motivation is something that drives or forces someone to action. There are positive and negative motivations that the delegated authority uses in order to motivate their learner.

In teaching, there are some motivations that the teacher can use like:

1.     Putting "star/s mark" or sticker/s at their hand/s if they are participating in different activities.

2.     Giving them different kinds of clap like "Jollibee clap, Mcdo clap, fireworks clap, etc." when they've answered correctly.

3.     Posting an activity checked with a score on it that the student made.
